DMCA Policy

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Gamer  Kapil may be found.

3. Response to Notifications

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Gamer Kapil reserves the right to terminate access to our site for users who are repeat infringers.
